The conference and its (franchese/members) are part of ACC NETWORK INC. the schools need to establish a 'studio/ with staffiing plan (with expertise staffing, (producers, directors and announcers and video technicians) fiber optics to the venues, rules for operation of each studio, quality control plans. The studios needed to start early to prototype the broadcast event, check against quality control protocols and any other lessons learned prior to august.....

This is what VT is doing right now....
